How to entertain a 9 yr old girl?

I'll be spending Christmas with my family, and my brother and I usually get the task of taking care of my little cousins. My brother usually takes care of my smallest cousin (he is disabled, in a wheelchair) while I entertain my older cousin (she's 9). She thinks I am pretty much the best thing ever, she follows me around, and if i wear like a black shirt or something she'll go change so that we match. The only problem is, she is VERY high maitenance, and likes a constant change of activity. My grandma's place doesn't have a game system or toys or anything, and I am a bit lost on things to do with her- she gets bored VERY easily. My grandma lives in arizona, and doesn't have a very large yard. She says she likes crafty things, like drawing and stuff. Any ideas for something I can make or do with her? Ideally something that is easy to transport. Thanks
